About My Overtime Pay

Built to help Australian employees understand whether they may have a possible unpaid entitlement claim.

Our purpose

Many Australian workers placed on light duties or suitable duties after a workplace injury are paid only their base rate, with overtime, penalty rates, and allowances dropped. In many cases, those entitlements should be considered when calculating pre-injury average weekly earnings.

We help you check, estimate, and organise your evidence so you can take an informed next step — whether that's contacting payroll, your union, the Fair Work Ombudsman, your insurer, or a qualified workplace lawyer.

"I worked 12 hours of overtime every week for years. After my back injury I was put on light duties and only paid my base rate. Using a checker like this helped me see the gap, gather payslips, and raise it with my union. The conversation with payroll changed completely."
